Allow drop on capture preview
I like to use Skitch, specially for the easy annotation tools, but I like the commenting and screenshot reply of Freshlog. So I think a solution to use both is to allow drag modified image from Skitch (using the bottom button, because Cmd+S saves the file as .skitch and Freshlog dont recognizes it) into the preview area of Freshlog.
This also is useful if you want to drag any image as a reply. From Finder or any other app that allow to drag and drop.

Hey Leandro, try downloading the client again? You might be running an older version that doesn't have that feature yet?
After I finish the preferences panel I'll use Sparkle and save more future headaches like this :)

Just woke up :)
Yeah, it's Cmd - Alt - F1, in the latest version, does it work ok? I'll be working on allowing the user to customize the shortcut in preferences :)

I've come up with an even better way, no dragging involved, just a shortcut key:

Yep, it does, maybe I should demo that also in all my future screencasts since its a major Freshlog feature, good thinking! :)

Cool, I like it.
Is it possible to reply to an Unfuddle or LH ticket? -

This might be a better workflow:
Take a screenshot with Skitch first (quickly via Skitch's shortcut cmd-shift-5), annotate with Skitch, then drag the annotated screenshot to Freshlog to upload to your favourite issue trackrs:

Hey, that's a very smart way to use Skitch's annotation capability and passing the annotated screenshot to Freshlog!
For a start, you can drag the modified screenshot to your desktop (if you have not modified the default screenshot path in Mac OS X), Freshlog would automatically detect and carry on from there.
Thanks for the suggestion, I like it! :)
I would explore implementing the capability of dragging images onto the Freshlog Dock Icon, is that what you'd like to see happen?
