Add support for Redmine
Our company uses Redmine, and we would be very interested in purchasing Freshlog for all our employees if Redmine were supported. It seems as if support for Redmine could be added via a plugin. Here's a link to the developer guide for Redmine plugins:

Make this available for Windows
I use unfuddle and I constantly use snag it to upload screenshots of issues, a tool like this would be very useful to my windows environment

Allow multiple instances of bug tracker
We have 2 different instances of fixx that we use frequently and upload images to. It would be great if Freshlog allowed us to have multiple instances of a specific bug tracker with settings for each of them.

Allow 2+ Pictures to be Attached to a Ticket
It would be very helpful if we could attached 2 or more pictures to a ticket to show a picture of what is wrong and then show a mockup picture of how it should be done (at the moment of creating the ticket). We deal with overseas developers a lot and it's critical we show more pictures than text.

Allow multiple login for Basecamp accounts
We work across multiple Basecamp accounts, it would be great if their was a way of storing & quickly switching profiles within Freshlog.

Allow to choose what url to copy to clipboard
It would be great if you can choose (from the preferences panel *wink*wink*) what do you want copied in the clipboard after upload:
-Link to Freshlog
-Direct URL to image (to paste anywhere)
-HTML to paste. IMG tag
-Markup for forums, etc.Then you can share a link (better if its a private one) directly after capture, without need to open the page.
